DESTINY CALLING

The North Node of the Moon, also known as the Dragon's Head or Destiny Point, is all about looking forward toward the broadest possible understanding of our biggest, most brilliant future possibilities in life.

The Dragon looks forward, not back, in order to see where he's going as he flies along on his fire-breathing journey; so in which direction does he fix his gaze; and toward what destination is he magically called...?

The Destiny Point is the understanding that we are all here for some special, meaningful purpose, one unique to each of us (nobody can truly reveal the mystery of our life path except ourselves) and that our life is supposed to be heading in a particular direction; and it is a constant spiritual discipline to listen to, remain focused and stay true to that inner voice... and this is also how we grow and evolve into an ever more authentic version of our true 'self'; if Character=Fate, then embracing our Fate (Destiny)= strength of Character, yes?

We each have a radar within us, pointing toward our true 'life path', and it speaks to us through what we think of as our 'gut' feelings -which is why one should never ignore one's instincts, or 'gut' wisdom, no matter how irrational it may seem at the time.

We are also guided by external things like synchronicity, fated meetings, mentors/teachers, omens, dreams, opportunites, seemingly random events which challenge us to make life-altering choices. Because of course the Destiny Point is really about the interplay between stuff we can't control but is clearly happening to us on some inexorably 'real,' fated level AND the free will with which we respond to these events. Our free Will is a potent thing, and can transform even the most difficult life challenge into a positive opportunity to learn the lesson/seize the day/transform/grow OR embrace a wonderful opportunity and make it even better.... and keep moving ever forward...

It's like a never-ending dance, integrating the following sentiments...

So the Destiny Point is a kind of life force, driving us forward to continually embrace and accept the reality of our karmic circumstance, whilst also doing something creative, forward thinking and dynamic with it the opportunites at our disposal, already!

The point of this post?? The Destiny Point is important right now, because it's currently conjunct lucky Jupiter, and a truly fabulous chance to truly grasp the positive implications of whatever Fate happens to be throwing in our path right now...

Jupiter is the power of positive thinking and an expansive, brazen attitude toward life. Jupiter makes everything bigger, bolder, more exciting. It's where we see meaningful patterns in life, and work with them gleefully rather than deny the zeitgiest of our existence. It's about having fun with the dance of life, and when crazy-courageous bold moves are required; we go for it! Yes, the meeting of Jupiter and the Destiny Point is a beautiful thing.

So this is super active from mid Jan-early Feb (and exact Jan 22/23 and 28/29), and then it's back in play by June 20th; so we're basically feeling it all through the first half of 2016.

And given that Mars is in full, ferocious, go-gettem life force in Scorpio until August... the next several months are truly shaping up to be a major push out of our comfort zones and toward...something better, more powerful, authentic, fearless and fulfilling than we've seen in a while! Got a dream, vision or desire to thrive in your life? If not now...when????
